Local Support Group FAQs

1. Who are entitled to get support from Local Support Group ?

    The Local Support Group is formed on Aug 06 by Tom Hua, the World Internet Summit co-founder, we provide our support service to his subscribers. Those who signed up to Tom Hua's package at below events are entitled for our support service:

     1.1 World Internet Summit (WIS) - PWTC KL, 14~16/Oct 05
     1.2 National Achievers Congress (NAC) - PWTC KL, 15~16/May 06
     1.3 Internet Wealth Code (IWC) - Menara PGRM Cheras, 16~17/June 06
     1.4 World Internet Summit (WIS) - Grand Plaza Parkroyal Hotel KL, 17~20/Nov 06
     1.5 World Internet Summit (WIS) - Wisma MCA KL, 10~12/Nov 07

2. What are the benefits joining Local Support Group ?

   The main objective of setting up Local Support Group is to enables subscribers to get easy access on supporting resources BASED LOCALLY, this means we will assign fellow Malaysian to provide guidance pertaining to the implementation of action plans laid out in their purchased packaged. Having local based support would ensures problems faced by subscribers can be solved smoothly and fast.

3. What form of supports are provided to subscribers ?

   At this stage, we are focusing beginners who may have problems with some fundamental internet business set up processes which among others (but not limited to) below:

   * Register domain name, web hosting, assign DNS change
   * Download software and e-books from their package and re-brand them
   * Up load the web pages to their web host
   * Perform niche market research on line
   * Basic keyword research know how
   * Basic web site promotion methods to draw traffics

   Supports shall be delivered through below forms:

    3.1 Direct e-mail access to the supporting staffs
    3.2 Access to on line knowledge based materials such as Camtasia video tutorials, FAQs,
          step-by-step guides etc.
    3.3 Hands on mini workshops to implement action plan on selected topics.

4. Do I get one to one support ?

    We provide one to one support through e-mail, but we do not meet up subscribers on one to one basis as this is time consuming and impractical to have such session for all subscribers, instead, we would rather have meet up session in a group so that more subscribers can benefits from it while having the opportunity to learn from each other.

5. Do I have to pay for joining Local Support Group ?

    No additional fees are required.

6. Who is the organizer and person in charge of the support group ?

    The support group is the brain child of Tom Hua, the co-founder of World Internet Summit, Tom Hua has assigned local full time internet marketers, Jeffrey Tang  to provide technical supports and guidance to subscribers. Subscribers can access to the local support staffs directly to ask for their supports. The local support team is also backed up by Tom Hua's strong team of global experience internet marketing personnel.

    Success Resources as the local event organizer for WIS will provide support such as providing meeting and work shop venue, online access and other basic facilities.

7. How long is my entitlement for the local support service ?

    The local support service is available to subscribers for the period of 1 year, starting from the day subscribers get their user name and password access to their package.

    Upon the expiry of the 1 year period, should the subscriber wish to continue getting our support service, we shall imposed a one year extension fees, the fees amount shall be announced in later stage.

8. How do I get started ?

    Subscribers are required to sign up by submitting their name and e-mail address and other details pertaining to their purchased packaged, using the registration form found on http://my.worldinternetsupport.com/

    Upon signing up, they will be contacted by the local support team on details support arrangement.
